The London Tunnels, the company responsible for the restoration of the historic Kingsway Exchange Tunnels in Central London, has announced its plans to seek admission to trade on the main market of the London Stock Exchange this month. With an already impressive investment of approximately £10 million ($12.8 million), the company aims to offer its shares for admission at a price of 200 pence.
“The admission of The London Tunnels to the London Stock Exchange presents a unique opportunity for both U.K. and international investors to support and become part-owners of this invaluable heritage and cultural attraction located in Central London,” stated Chief Executive Angus Murray.
Upon successful listing, The London Tunnels will initiate a share placement offering, with shares available at 200 pence each. It is expected that the proceeds from this placement, which could reach up to £30 million, will be utilized to further progress the ongoing restoration project.
With a projected market capitalization of approximately £123 million upon admission, The London Tunnels aims to capture the attention of investors seeking to participate in this prestigious endeavor.
